The Next Level

The intermediate juice cleanse is your introduction to all-juice cleansing, with five juices per day and the cinnamon-vanilla almond milk as your final drink (consider it dessert). This protein-rich treat will ease hunger pangs, and you’ll look forward to it each evening. Enjoy six drinks per day in the order listed above every two hours. Repeat the same order for each day of the cleanse. The order is indicated on the bottles for easy organization in your fridge.

We introduce a small amount of fruit in this level. The leafy green juices are fiber-rich and flush the body of harmful toxins. A benefit of a clean digestive tract is reduced bloat from stored water weight. If this is your first all juice fast, commitment is key. Keep your juices with you to stay on schedule.

Cleansing Tips

Drink as much water as possible. No coffee or any caffeine. Herbal teas are a good supplement. Green tea should be decaffeinated. It is helpful to wean yourself off caffeine pre-cleanse and slowly reintroduce it into your diet post-cleanse. For optimal success, stick to a vegetarian diet and steer clear of red meat and cheese the week before and after the cleanse— they’re notorious for clogging the digestive tract.

Exercise

Moderate exercise supports the detox process and can make cleansing more enjoyable. Unless you’re an experienced cleanser, strenuous exercise is not recommended. Stick to low-impact or no-impact activities such as walking, swimming, yoga or stretching. A light walk will gently encourage lymphatic circulation. Do not continue if you begin to feel dizzy.
